Only 5700 of these were made, and the Pontiac brand is now gone, so there won’t ever be any more. 4.9L 301 cubic inch turbo 8 cylinder engine, 210 horsepower, 345 lbs of torque, 3 speed automatic transmission, removable glass T-tops, 2 door coupe. The odometer has been broken since before we owned it, showing 89013. Would estimate that it probably had about 100,000 miles on it. In 12 years of ownership we’ve put on probably 100-150 miles. The engine was completely rebuilt shortly before we got it also, so the engine probably has about 200 miles on it. Mechanically, the car is running well and is fun to drive. All lights, reflectors, & turn signals work. Has a new ignition coil and new battery.The air conditioning is not working. The radio is missing, but the rear speakers are still there. In the interior, the seats, floor carpet, and ceiling have some tears. One inside door close pull handle is detached, the door releases work fine. One sun shade is detached. The seats have some discolorations. The seat belts don't retract, and the seat belt receptables are cracked, but still work. On the exterior, it needs painting, a new set of decals, and the front grill plastic is falling apart. The two rear tires are essentially new with about 50 miles on them. Uses unleaded gasoline high octane. No warranty, sold as-is.This would be an excellent project car for restoration, one of the more rare classic muscle cars. Unfortunately we haven't been able to do that ourselves. $200 deposit required within 3 days of auction close. Payment in full and pickup required within 10 days of auction close.
