HI, I have been the only careful driver of this fine Saab since 2000. If anything went wrong it went to the repair shop. This car has never been smoked in, has a clean CARFAX, no accidents, and copious service records. The only reason I’m selling it is because my husband bought a new car and is passing his BMW down to me. It’s been a great vehicle, never let me down, and is in excellent condition. It shows much better than its age, all the paint is original except for the two spots I brush touched, and the interior is like new with the exception of some wear on the back of the drivers seat bolster. This is my third Saab, I leased her in 2000 from Towne Automotive Group (at 27,000 miles), and liked the car so much, I purchased her in 2003. Maintenance records are available for the last 10 years, and I have meticulously maintained her! Very low mileage for a 1996 vehicle. Uses regular gas, gets 34 mpg on highway! One of the things I’ve always loved about the Saab 900 is the amazing amount of cargo space the hatchback provides. With the back seat folded down, it’s easy to carry small pieces of furniture, or a bicycle, or a Christmas tree, or skis, or six bags of mulch… you get the idea! Overall condition, honest appraisal. * CD changer needs to be cleaned/serviced due skipping some times ** Wear on driver’s side back left seat panel. I can have this repaired at additonal cost if you desire. *** Sunroof/moonroof retracting motor operation should be checked prior to use. It works but sometimes it's slow. **** Two small areas have been brush touched, with factory supplied paint.
