I am helping my in-laws clear some vehicles from their barns that have been in storage since the late seventies and early eighties. This is one such vehicle, a 1970 Karmann Ghia Convertible with standard transmission. This car is in much worse shape that it initially appears, while the motor can be turned over by hand the body has a great deal of filler slapped on it and it appears to have have spray foam insulation in areas on the underside. I could not get the trunk lid to open for pictures...the release cable is stuck and I am not going to force anything...it is being sold as you see it. It comes with the keys, the clear transferrable registration, a brand new top...although the top that is on it looks pretty good to my untrained eye. We had to excavate the Ghia from beneath years of stored boxes etc as shown. I hope you like the pictures. This, as all the others have done, will be listed cheap, with no reserve, and no buy-it-now. This will sell to the high bidder only...and that is the final word on that. If you care to stop by and take a gander you are welcome to do so...just email me and I will set it up. Winning bidder to pay a non-refundable $300.00 deposit via paypal within 48 hours of the end of the auction and the balance (if there is a balance) in cash at the time of pickup. This is currently stored inside on a concrete floor and has not moved in at least 25 years...it will remain inside until the buyer comes to get it....it needs to be removed from the property by Christmas.
