The reason this is so cheap is the damage on the left side. The right side is fine but the previous owner laid it down on the left. The only did functional repairs (blinker and mirror) and stop-gap cosmetics to the left trunk. You would have to replace these and one plastic panel to get it looking great or just park it with only the right side showing (or use the included cover) and enjoy a cheap fast ride. When you are moving no one will notice. I'm selling this for my son-in-law who is in the Navy. He used it when his ship was in port at San Diego (where I live). He is now stationed out of state. I have the signed CA title in hand. Registered though April 2011 in CA. Took it for a quick ride this weekend and everything worked fine (left blinker is a little fast). He put in a new battery this summer. Needs a tune-up to help with cold starts (I only started every few weeks to charge the battery). Runs and restarts fine. Has some kind of CB/intercom under the seat with controls above the voltage gauge on the left and on the handle bars and by the rider. I don't know if they work. He removed the antenna when he bought it. This isn't my kind of bike, so I don't know much about it. I know he used to race it up and down Palomar Mt. and said he loved how it handled.
