If you are not sure as to the translation of that wonderful old Latin phrase, it is "Let the buyer beware". This Pick-up is being sold for a small community bank in eastern Missouri. The Pick-up was initially towed in. It has a major fluid leak in the brake system. We used the parking brake to bring the truck to a stop. The body has numerous dings, scratches and dents. I have enclosed multiple pictures to show the variety and extent of damamge. The hood does not close properly. The seats have holes as shown in the photos.. The auxillary seats in the rear are jump style and have limited utility. We have not had the truck evaluated by a Mechanic, but based upon the wear pattern of the front tires, it needs an alignment. Given the mileage cited above, it is probable that some steering components are in need of replacement. On a positive, you will note that all the glass appears to be intact. The truck starts and runs, but stopping is a major challenge because brake fluid runs out as quickly as it is poured in. There appears to be a hole in a brake line somewhere. On the bright side, the stereo works on both AM and FM. I do not know if the CD player works. I make it a point not to put my CD's into players of unknown origin. The tires are bald or nearly bald. They are sufficient for loading the truck onto a trailer. This truck will have to be towed home as it cannot be stopped. Driving the truck home is not an option. This Pick-up is either the beginning or the end of a project, depending on what you bring to the party. This Nissan Frontier is being sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties expressed or implied.
