1977 FORD BRONC - SPORT PACKAGE. C4 - Automatic transmission, Power Steering, Power Brakes. This is a clean original vehicle with no rust and uncut wheel wells. I bought the truck from the second owner who purchased it from the original owner in Sept of 2003. The truck is from Leadville Colorado. After I got the Bronco home, I noticed the odometer showed 10,764.3 miles on it, during wash and clean up I became more aware of how clean and original this Bronco really is, for pictures go to: http://s1232.photobucket.com/albums/ff361/KICKENHORSE/ . When I first saw the Bronco, I just assumed the odometer was reading one hundred seven thousand six hundred forty three miles, not thinking the last digit was actually in one tenth of miles, most new cars only show full miles. I feel that this may be a "barn find" and that the miles shown are true and not rolled over. Carfax does not go back any farther than 1981 and the county clerk in Lake county Colorado only showed the two previous owners and title numbers in a search. The previous owner had bought the Bronco from an elderly gentleman who drove it mostly around town, as was told to me. After acquiring it, he repainted the exterior and Rhino lined the interior, replaced the body mount bushings, front windshield glass and door rubber. The rear seat was not included in my purchase, so I located one so as to finish the look of the interior. Funny thing about this truck, It does not have a spare tire carrier hanging off the right rear fender, it is actually located on the inside of the tail gate, see pictures. The gauges all work and the engine starts right up after one pump on the gas pedal. The exterior paint color is a Purple, from House of Colors, know as Chameleon, under different lighting the color changes from purple to a darker metallic blue to a metallic green in the sun on the highlights of the body style - you would have to see it to really know what I’m describing. The under side and running gear appear to be stock, notice the factory Ford catalytic converter in the pictures, not something you are going to see very often on a vehicle of this vintage. I replaced the Water pump, Alternator and Power steering pump as the previous owner had taken them off and could not find at time of sale, hence the reason the truck was placed on a trailer for the ride to my house.
