Vehicle Detail
1964 F85 4dr. No rust to speak of (very minor in the trunk/pass side floor), runs good, but badly faded paint and sun dried interior. Car is from Oklahoma so the sun took its toll on the paint and interior. If you have been looking for a good weekend project, this car is worth a look. I don’t think it would take much to get this on the road for a daily driver (mainly hoses, belts, safety inspection etc). Car is a Factory A/C car as well, but is currently inop. This is very original car but does look rough. Still have original spark plug wires dated April 1963. I bought to help a friend’s son out, but he can’t afford to get it registered or insured, and I don’t want to keep paying for storage on it. $1500.00 or best reasonable offer. Worth that in parts alone. I will consider parting out if it is worth my effort. Front, grill, headlight bezels, bumper in very nice shape. Tail lights, and rear tail panel nice as well. Let me know what you need, and if car doesn't sell complete I may part. Bidders with less than 10 will be deleted unless contacting me prior 500.00 via pay-pal and remaining within 7-days.On Nov-05-10 at 06:46:33 PDT, seller added the following information: I've been asked several times, yes, the car includes the rear seat and hood trim. I only pulled the seat to show the floor. Hood trim came off because I thought about selling seperate, but would rather sell car complete. Yes, the car does run and drive...but probably needs a carb rebuild or cleaning, tune up, and hoses, safety inspection as it hasn't been driven in several years. I do drive it around the area I have it stored. I lowered the buy it now to 1250.00. Honestly you can't beat that...part it if you want and probably could make double, I just would like to clear out and hate to part the car out myself. I think someone could get this on the road with little effort. Tires are basically new with maybe 1000 miles on them. Heck that is 200.00 alone. On Nov-05-10 at 16:22:26 PDT, seller added the following information: For those that have asked..the one spot of rust you see on the lower pass side quarter, is only surface rust from a scratch or srape. The rust just below the rear tail light on pass side is again from the paint being thin and surface rust not rusted through. Yes, there is damage to the rear pass corner as seen in the pictures.
