You are bidding on a beautifully restored 1967 Oldsmobile Cutlass Convertible. This Olds comes with a 455ci V8 engine. The big-block number is 396021F – we did the research and have been able to determine that it came out of a 1970 or newer big block engine vehicle. For serious bidders only, we do have photos with the valve covers off to show how “new” this engine is. The prior owner spent a whole lot of dollars on this little baby. The previous owner has already given her a brand new shiny paint-job. This is what we have seen as being already replaced: engine, floor pans, trunk pans, complete interior including the following: door panels, convertible boot, new chrome mirrors, door handles (exterior and interior), chrome trim around windshield, rubber trim, complete exhaust from front to rear, tires, wheels, emblems, and carpet. There is also a Blaupunkt AM/FM CD player. We may have missed some things, but you get the idea. The convertible top is power and does work; however, that is one of the few items that will need replaced to complete this beautiful restoration. The top itself is in decent condition as well as the rear window (although it is typically foggy; the sides of the top are a little loose. The chrome bumpers (front and rear), although in very good condition are not as shiny as a brand new bumper; no pitting or dents/dings, just not as bright. Definitely does not detract from it’s overall beauty. This baby fires at the turn of a key; rumbles to life and purrs like a kitten. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly and with great responsive acceleration. Brakes feel almost new – they more than likely are. Steering is as responsive and smooth as a new car. What a head-turner – we can barely even pull it out of the garage without onlookers gazing admiringly at her! We have photographed what we believe to be the “original” VIN plate – however, Maryland had issued a new tag and it is mounted along the post of the driver’s door. It is a 4-digit Vin number currently on the title. Due to the age (over 10-years) the mileage on the title is “Exempt”. PLEASE!!!! DO NOT CONTACT US WITH INSULTING OFFERS – SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!
