This is a 1982 Mercedes Benz 300 D Turbo Diesel, it is silver with blue interior. The paint is faded as to be expected for a car of this age. The interior of this car is very clean, and in near perfect condition with the exception of one split in the bottom of the driver seat.( see pictures) The First aid kit is even still full, and under the cover on the rear deck behind the back seat. (see pictures) This car has power windows and a power sunroof. The passenger side front window, and the driver side rear window are not working. It may just be the switch, I have not checked so I don't know. The power sunroof works great, and does not leak. All the tires look very good, and the spare and jack etc are in the trunk. Recent work done on the car include a new battery, new front brakes, rotors, brake sensors, glow plugs, and vacuum lines. This car rides and drives great, don't let the mileage scare you away this car has a lot more life left in it. If I covered up the mileage on the dash, and you drove it I guarantee you would guess it had 150 k on it. Come look at it and drive it, you won't believe how nice this car drives. If you fix the seat, and put fresh paint on it it will be like new. The body is straight, and i haven't seen any dents or rust. She is as is where is, no warranties expressed or implied. I reserve the right to end the auction early if the car sells locally. On Oct-26-10 at 17:45:51 PDT, seller added the following information: Also The ac blows cold and the heat is hot. It also has a new cd player with detachable face and the speakers have been replaced. On Oct-27-10 at 06:03:37 PDT, seller added the following information: I drove the car last night and the ac was not cold and the compresor was not on but then I drove it this morning and the ac is blowing cold and the compressor was on. So the ac seems to be working some time but not all the time. It may need to recharged with freon but not sure.
