1984 Porsche 944 S;The car is black with black interior.. It has a 2.5 L 4-CYL. Cylinder engine with a 5 speed manual transmission..The engine was replaced with a new crate engine in November of 2008 by Munk's Motors in Waterford MI..The engine does have 18,000 miles on it now and is in perfect running condition and does leak any fluids..Munk's Motors did install a new clutch kit,and clutch bearing..It did have a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty,but is no longer valid..The car cuurently needs a new throw out bearing in the clutch...I have all of the work invoices for all the work that has been done to the car while being serviced at Munk's Motors..Munk's Motors specialize in german automobile's and they are rated the #1 service center in Michigan..All service records will remain with the car..The new engine was $7,000.00 with the install.. The exterior of the car has a few dings and is starting to rust in the front of the wheel well on the driver and passsenger rear quarter panels,Please see photo's... The interior; The drivers seat is starting to tear around the seams,The carpeting does show signs of wear,and will need a theral cleaning...All the accessarys do work,power windows,locks,etc.. I purchased this car from the second owner who spared no expense in maintaining it...I have a 1988 944 S with the widebody,I was goingv to remove the motor from the 1984 944 and install it in my 1988 944 S..I actually sold my 1988 Porsche 944 and purchased a 1999 Porsche 911..I was concidering restoring the 1884 944,but I've lost interest in these older model Porsche's. This car will need some minor body work,a paint job,and some interior work..I'm selling it as a project car or possible a parts car.. NEW 2.5L Aluminum OHC Engine With 15,000 and all documents 5 Speed Manual. MPG city 20/highway 27. Original black leather interior. Work Invoice from Munk's for clutch kit with itemized billing statement I do have all the work invoices for the new motor and the install. Original Porsche 15" Forged Alloy Wheels.
