FOR SALE Fire Truck, Year---1936 Make--- Ford 2Ton Model--- Champion Fire Truck Engine--- V-8 Flathead, 6 Volt system. Transmission--- 4 Speed Pump--- W.S. Darley GPM--- Unsure, suspect 500GPM Not totally original and needs some work. Approximately 500 miles on tires. Has been kept out of the sun. Open cab, Black leather seat. Front end, Running Boards and Rear Fenders are steel, the rest of the truck is wood. It has a 500 gal. Tank, which leaks a bit and was not on it originally. Suspect it was a hose truck which would hook up to a hydrant or draft from any water source that it could get close enough to. It was originally a Sussex Fire Department vehicle. It has some antique equipment on it such as Nozzles, Flood light, Air Pack, etc. Not shown in pictures. Also has a Bell as well as a Siren. Red Light is 12 volt and needs separate battery. Was unable to find a 6 volt one. Should be totally re-wired.
