I am listing this item for the Waynesboro First Aid Crew in Waynesboro, Va. You are looking at a 1996 H1 with ONLY 28905 original miles on it. It was only used for emergencies when we couldn't arrive to a scene in a standard 4x4 amubulance, mainly used in inclement weather. The Hummer is being sold as-is but we are planning on removing the radios and the portable equipment on it such as oxygen and first aid bags. We will leave the light bar and the heavy-duty winch on it if you are going to use it. This vehicle does have air conditioning.
