These auctions cost money and I don't have time to start chasing you. Thank you and good luck. ***** UP FOR AUCTION IS A GORGEOS LOOKING POLAR WHITE 1973 DODGE CHALLENGER BIG BLOCK 383 T/A TRIBUTE CAR WITH T/T BADGES. WITH 29K MILES ON THE ODOMETER THAT RUNS/DRIVES WITH THIS GREAT SOUNDING V8 AND AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. LOTS OF RECENT WORK DONE TO THIS CAR. VERY SHARP CRUISER THAT WILL BE A LOT OF FUN FOR COLLECTOR OR ENTHUSIAST. FACTORY OPTIONS: Power steering Manual DISC front brakes Dual exhaust 8 3/4" rear end UPGRADED 383ci/325hp motor Stock Automatic transmission Rear spoiler T/A style hood Front bumper stoppers Standard black bucket seat interior with console 17" AMERICAN RACING STYLE wheels with radial tires (these are NOT included with the car, but can be purchased separately.) Vehicle comes from Alabama, where it was basically a half finished restoration project before I got it. This was originally a g-code small block that has had the 383 transplanted some years ago. Before I got the car it was in pretty rough shape aesthetically, but had a solid trunk and underside. I sent out the body for paint at my shop and had it painted with professionally done. The hood and spoiler were added, as well as the stripe kit to give the car a custom T/A look. The interior needed some work too so I had the front seats professionally reupholstered and the rest cleaned up as best I could. The 17" wheels were added along with some R/T badges and 383 emblems and the car was cleaned up. Mechanically i've installed a new battery, starter, tweaked the carburetor, fixed the electric fuel pump and some other minor odds and ends. Very presentable and a NICE DRIVER the way it sits right now that could use tlc. Interior is in GOOD condition with only minor general wear here and there. Seats look really nice (front ones just redone professionally). Door panels are presentable minor wear. Dash pad is very nice. Carpet is older but still halfway presentable. Headliner needs to be redone. Console is in fair shape but needs compartment cover replaced as old one is cracked. Overall a presentable driver quality interior! Under the hood lies a slightly worked 383ci motor producing about 325hp with the aid of an aluminum intake manifold, long-tube headers into dual exhaust, Holley 4bbl. carburetor, minor performance camshaft, electric fuel pump and some minor internal add-ons. Starts at the turn of the key idles very strong. Good stock power overall and brakes stop WELL although pedal feels a little spongy. Nice and solid throughout. Very fun to drive and you can hop in and drive it right now with minor tlc. I've driven it mostly around town here and there, never on any long trips, so before you take the car out for a long drive I would recommend having it gone through to be safe and work out all the little bugs. Being an old car, it is NOT perfect by any means. Paint shines up NICELY with good luster for a very presentable driver (NOT a showcar of course). Some filler here and there as you would expect, mostly around rear wheel wells and lower doors, but pretty nice and straight as you can see from the side shots of the car. Chrome could use replacing, bumpers in particular. Missing: front hood molding, rear window lower molding, headliner, radio, antenna, spare tire/jack. Some things are not working like a couple of the gauges, some electrical (some bulbs need replacing, etc.) so it should be gone over. Driver's side header gasket needs replacing as it's a little loud. Undersde has NOT been detailed and it has some surface rust here and there, but NO large holes or big rust spots from what I could see. Trunk is SOLID throughout with a few tiny pinholes and a couple of patches by inner wheelhouses. Front radiator support has a little rust on driver's side. That's about all I was able to notice. It may need a few other tiny things as any other used car, so please keep that in mind. OVERALL IT'S A COOL LOOKING CRUISER THAT WILL NEED SOME GOING OVER TO USE EVERYDAY, BUT RUNS/DRIVES! THIS IS A SHARP LOOKING 1973 DODGE CHALLENGER 383 T/A TRIBUTE WITH 29K MILES ON THE ODOMETER IN POLAR WHITE, SO YOU CAN'T MISS IT ANYWHERE YOU TAKE IT. IT WOULD TAKE VERY LITTLE TLC TO BECOME AN EVERYDAY CRUISER. GREAT CAR FOR COLLECTOR OR ENTHUSIAST TO PLAY AROUND WITH AND MAKE IT THEIR OWN!.
