Up for bid i have a SUPER CLEAN and RARE 92 Honda Civic VX model Hatchback. gets about 40 Miles to the Gallon. Its has a CLEAN TITLE and around 157k miles. Has a completely clean Carfax or Auto Check History showing only 2 owners. Has been properly maintained and is ready for some serious driving. Flawless original paint in excellent condition since its been Garage kept. Very reliable. Has ICE COLD working ac. This is a VTEC model 4 cylinder engine with 5-speed transmission. No grinds on the transmission at all. Engine doesn't need any work at all. No leaks. Has new Distributor and fresh tune up. Has never been in an accident. Does have a small dent on the right door. Other then that the Body is IMMACULATE. No dents or scratches anywhere. These hatchbacks are impossible to come across in this original condition. Has never been modified or abused. No rust anywhere at all. Brakes, shocks, alignment, tires, and all electrical are in perfect operating order. The interior is in flawless condition and the pictures speak for they're selves. The seats don't have any rips on them and the car has never been smoked in. Has working radio with good speakers. Has the original VX alloy wheels and they don't have any curbing on them. All the body parts line up the same way they did when the car is brand new. Comes with the original cargo cover and all jack and tool accessories in trunk. Very rare find especially as a VX model and White color. The glove box is missing the hangle but can still be opened. Vehicle has been pre-sale inspected and has passed all tests performed. I'm getting a lot of questions about this car having the Original motor. it is 100% the original D15z1 VX engine. It does not say VTEC-E on the top because they started doing that in the 94-95 years. If you look closly you can see the Vtec solenoid by the distributor if you know what to look for. I looked up an article about the VX civics and they mention this subject on the 2nd post on the 8th line check it out if you need more proof. It uses special piston rings for less friction like those found in the Type R. Federal models use a wideband O2 sensor. The engine uses 190CC vs the 240CC injectors found in the VTEC motors. It uses the same distributor as the D16Z6 and other OBD1 SOHC D series engines. It uses the same VTEC solenoid as the D16Z6 and other OBD1 SOHC D series engines. The valve cover is interchangeable with other OBD1 VTEC SOHC D series engines and all 96-00 D series engines. The 94 and 95 had "VTEC-E" on the valve cover similar to the D16Z6's "VTEC". It uses a lightweight crank pulley with no harmonic balancing (as a result of this engine not revving high). Transmission has a lightweight flywheel. exclusive to VX.
