You will need to smog, as I am not at this price, but it has done well even though it is considered a hi profile emitter by the dmv here and I never cheated the smog I went to a smog only station. About 150k on Van with about 75k on motor and 8k on trans. A good useable van and a great project truck if you wanted to get it painted. Some rust at top window rails but a CALIF Truck.
