1993 D O D G E R A M 350 12 Valve CUMMINS Diesel - First Generation - This is the truck that started it all… Before the first generation Diesel Cummins people were afraid to death of a diesel truck. The guys at GM and Ford had failed miserably. When this truck was introduced, it made history and Dodge has been selling them ever since. The original trucks 88-93 are the most sought after ones because of there unstoppable durability. They are also noted as being the most fuel-efficient truck every produced. This truck gets 20+ miles per gallon no matter if it loaded or empty. The truck I have listed was a special order LE décor truck. The LE décor was the top of the line. The standard equipment of power windows, locks, tilt wheel, cruise control and AM/FM premium stereo where just a few of the features. The other things like premium seating and deluxe sound insulation were also part of the package. This truck as you’ll see in the pictures has been treated as though it was a passenger car and not as a truck. Most of these trucks went to work and where used to the fullest. This truck as you can see was kept very nice. It was purchased by a retired gentleman and was used to move his camper back and forth to Florida. In the winter he and his wife headed south and in the summer they went north. Because of this, the truck did not see very bad days and was able to be preserved in a way that most could not.
