1975 Datsun 280Z.......... ~I am selling my beloved 75' Datsun 280Z. The car is a strong running and driving car that can be used as a daily driver if desired. Runs like a champ. Has Original Inline 6 Cylinder L28 (2.8 Liter) Engine which were great engines and very fast. Runs smoothly and sounds great. Has the Bosch L-Jetronic Fuel Injection as well with Automatic Transmission and 120K miles. ~The usual rust areas on these cars are the floor pans, frame rails, battery box and trunk and all these areas on this car are in great shape. I will include more pictures for you in the next few days so you can get a much better glimpse of the areas and the car. ~The interior is in very nice condition as well. Comes with half dash cap and dash bra because the dash does have a few cracks as Datsun owners well know of. The Console is in great condition and the seats have no tears and look very nice. All Black interior comes with seat covers and wheel cover that are brand new. The Carpet has been taken out of front and rear since the original was in rough shape and this also allowed me to take a good look at the floor pans and trunk which are in great shape. ~I was going to replace the passenger door as there is a rust area on it that you could easily fix instead and the front hood valance area where the wipers are as well has some bubbles but is not bad and can easily be fixed. The main areas of this car are super solid and that is the most important thing with these Datsuns Since the sheet metal was thin. ~The exhaust is custom and professionally done with Headers and 3 inch pipe and 5 inch tip that makes the car sound great and very throaty like a V8. The Paint is Black with Orange stipes down the center. The paint job is unique and in nice condition. The tires should be replaced since they are used but still driveable.. ~I was also going to throw on some 240Z bumpers which I had found a pair locally that I have yet to buy but they were very cheap (Like $50 a piece) and I could get you the number for them as well. I bought some 280Z Bumpers with skirts that are in nice condition that I may throw in the deal as well (can see them in pic). I was also in the process of under coating the car with rubber for protection and it looks really really nice under there. ~There are small things here or there. Lights work, gauges work except clock (probably can fix). Car would be a great buy for someone and with a little bit of work could make an excellent show car in my opinion and as is would be a great daily driver and a real head turner.
