Vehicle Detail

2000 Ford Excursion, Limited Edition. Two toned green and tan exterior. Tan leather interior in good condition with the exception of drivers arm rest is showing wear. See pictures. Paint job is in exceptional good condition.Very small blemishes that will not show up in photos. No scratches or dents. Tires in good condition. Everything works. No problems with the motor. No leaks. No issues at all. Runs perfect. Regular maintenance done. Wife's car. Second owner. First owner is my sister in law. We purchased the vehicle from her 2 years ago. Vehicle is in very good condition inside and out and has been very well kept. I will be posting a video to show as much of the vehicle as I can. Please do not hesitate to email me with any and all questions you have about the vehicle. I reserve the right to end this auction at any time. I am also selling this vehicle locally. A $500 deposit needs to be received within 24 hours at end of auction. This is a no reserve auction. Good luck and please bid with confidence. This is a very clean Excursion. And again, please email me with any questions. On Oct-10-10 at 19:57:45 PDT, seller added the following information:Forgot to mention heated driver seat, back up sensors and has a 110 volt invertor. On Oct-12-10 at 07:55:28 PDT, seller added the following information: Here is the video of the truck. I was hoping that the video would show better detail than this . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zGq1gcbJOG8On Oct-15-10 at 07:28:21 PDT, seller added the following information:I received a couple of emails asking what price I wanted for the vehicle because I said I “reserved the right to sell it locally”. I should not have written that. I promised my wife I would not sell it to cheap but I think it is best to let the auction run and let the high bidder have this truck regardless of the price. I have not listed it locally and I will not. This is a true NO RESERVE auction. I have also had a few questions about the V-10. I was skeptical when my sister-in-law bought this truck from the dealership but I have become a believer in the Ford V-10. This vehicle has driven perfectly over 100,000 miles. If you verify the maintenance records you will see that it has only had the alternator replaced once, no other issues! This truck has all the power it had when it was new, it is smooth shifting and a pleasure to drive. I strongly encourage you to come and drive it before the auction is over, you will want it! I do not think you could find a cleaner Excursion anywhere, it looks and runs like a new truck. I spoke with a service writer at the local Ford dealership and he said that the V-10 has been a great motor “probably the best gas engine Ford has ever built”. I went to Edmonds.com to get some background on this truck; here is an excerpt from their site: http://www.edmunds.com/ford/excursion/review.html Most Recent Ford Excursion Built on Ford's F-250 Super Duty truck platform, the four-door Ford Excursion was the largest SUV in Ford's lineup, based on overall size and interior room. It was available with either two- or four-wheel drive. In its first year of production, the Excursion was offered in just two trim levels: the base XLT and the more upscale Limited. The Eddie Bauer trim level made its debut in model year 2003 as a midlevel alternative, falling between the XLT and the Limited. In 2004, trim levels were revised to reflect the following hierarchy: base XLS, XLT, Eddie Bauer and top-of-the-line Limited. Excursions were initially available with three engines. The standard engine on both XLTs and Limiteds was a 5.4-liter V8 good for 255 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque, with both a 310-hp 6.8-liter V10 and a 235-hp 7.3-liter turbodiesel V8 offered as options. In 2001, the 7.3-liter turbodiesel saw its power increase to 250 hp. The Excursion's 7.3-liter turbodiesel was phased out in 2004 to make way for a new 325-hp, 6.0-liter turbodiesel V8 that also offered more torque and cleaner emissions.
