Well I had this great car for sale and I hydroplaned last week so my lost is your gain. Get this great car for a great deal. The car is still in perfect working condition but now the driver side is a little dinged up. It still has a clear title but I had just changed the insurance to just liability so I will have to come out of pocket to fix it and I really don't want to. I have a quote to make it all better for $2400. You may have a friend in the body shop business (I DONT!) and could get it fixed cheaper. Well here is the discription I had on it and it still applies. It just has a much cheaper price. ~~~~~Beautiful Silver / Black 2003 Acura RSX Type S, for sale! This loaded type S Acura is the best of all worlds; its has its performance / sporty aspects, it has its luxury side, all while getting over 31 MPG! On the its performance side this Acura has a 205 hp VTEC 4 cylinder, with a 6 speed manual transmission, alloy wheels, a tight suspension, red gauges, and the upgraded sport seats. On the other hand it’s an Acura with leather seats; power everything, moon roof, and a Bose premium sound system. It is had to find a car this clean with only 80,xxx miles. I bought this car to commute but now plans have changed and I got a job closer to home, I hate to get rid of it but I really don’t need it. I will respond as fast as I can to emails, and I have some more pictures. I have a clear title in hand so come and get it. This car has had no modifications other than legal tinted window, a K&N air filter (not intake), and I run Royal Purple oil with a K&N oil filter only b/c it increases throttle response, increases hp, and fuel economy~~~~ On Oct-10-10 at 17:55:01 PDT, seller added the following information: I have tried to be as honest as possible and I can get more pictures of any angle that need. I included a picture of of the "scene of the accident" so it gives you a better idea of what happen. There was no air bag deployment or any thing like, it is just a little bumped and bruised, so I no longer can ask a premium and I do not want to get it fixed then try to sell it again. The accident was on 9-27-10, and I have a GSP report for it. Basically I hydroplaned, lost control hit the curb, went of the road, and hit a wooden real estate sign, then skimmed a small crape myrtle tree. The car drove right out of the grass. Currently the car is being repaired, at a local shop at my expense (<$200.00). It should be completed by end of the week. If you have a problem with this and you have bidded please let me know and I will drop you off if possible with no penalty (this only applies to people that have bidded before this update (10/12/10 – 3:50 pm EST). The initial diagnoses was incorrect because I had had to have a rear driver side hub bearing, and a full alignment... it was $397.00 (not 105, for a suspension component). BUT its fixed and that’s what matters.
