I have up for bid a 1961 Chevy Impala Project Car. Perfect for a Rat Rod or a Classic. I bought this car at auction and have no desire to fix it up and I don't want to leave it outside since it was stored inside and has already had the restoration process started on it. I would rather you have a chance to fix it into a nice car as opposed to scrapping it. It is very straight with no dents at all. Someone has already removed the chrome and primed it. The bumpers, lights, etc. are all inside the car. Looks like some of the dash and inside have already been started restoring too. There is a radiator, some headers, drive shaft and other assorted parts also inside the car. Has newer style wheels on it. Selling just as is. Please look at pictures before bidding. Winning bidder will have to pick up in upstate SC, (near Greenville, Pickens, Easley area) or arrange for delivery. The highest offer I have had has been $500 and it may be worth a little more or a lot more?? I don't know so I will leave it to Ebay bidders to decide. For that reason I am starting it at $525.00 and see what happens. Hate to scrap it for only a few hundred when so much work has already gone into it. It does not have a motor or transmission so you can spice it up the way you want. I also did not receive a title with it so it would have to be retitiled which I know is more red tape in some states than others. In SC about $125 will get it done. So bidders, if you are willing to start it at $525 then it will sell. Otherwise I guess the guy who offered me 500 down the road here will probably get it. (Wants me to finance it and I'd rather just drag it to the scrap yard than go through all that! LOL) Please email me with any questions.
