Vehicle Detail

Here is my 1972 Charger Rallye Hardtop U code 440, Factory 4 speed 1 of 165 assembled. I saw this car for the first time in 1982 complete and running B5 Blue Blue Interior Dana 60 with rear sway bar. 4 years later my brother buys the car in its current stripped condition and puts it into inside storage Fast forward to 2002, my brother leaves it to me and I knew then with the other pieces he left their would be little time for the Rallye now it is time for it to find home The Good: Inside srorage since 1986 Very clean and straight body, not a rusty or wrecked hulk. Nice drivers side 1/4 panel including in front of the rear wheel passenger side has minimal rust behind the rear wheel only the entire trunk is clean and solid with only some surface rust on the passenger side. (scratches through to clean metal), entire floor pan is clean and solid but for some surface rust around the gas pedal with two pencil sized holes. (see pics), excellent frame rails front and rear as well as torsion bar mounts cross member and spring perches, Excellent 150 mph speedometer, and correct 72 Pistol Grip Shifter handle with grips and transmission shifter mounting plate and cross member, 933 side drain oil pan, wiper arms rear window molding in black, hood hinges, door sills, excellent wood grain door panels The Bad: Minimal rust behind rear passenger wheel, no emblems, no windshield, no front seats, no brakes (front discs are there but nothing is operational), narrow 8 1/4 crappy roller axle, no key steering column is locked. you have to pull it back and turn the front wheels by hand, no motor, no trans No title, no fender tag, no build sheet. CO requires the car to be running to apply for a title. Does not appear on the stolen car registry. This car has been in my family and inside since 1986. Believe me this car is worth the effort to save and is not a parts car, though not a project for the faint of heart. we do not need to sell it but rather are looking for it to find its place. I have 48 pictures available to those who are truly interested in the car. and if you contact me through eBay messages i can give you a number and I will gladly talk with you about any part or history of this car. We are honest ebayers and easy to deal with. Additionally I have a 1969 833 23 spline 4 speed transmission and 1968 Bell housing available for an extra $600 to winning buyer only they are not correct for this car but are good usable pieces I collected for it and easily shippable with the car. $500 pay pal deposit within 48 hrs. No cashiers checks. If you buy the car believe me we can take care of the payment options privately with you. I will gladly assist your shipper or you in person to load the car of course as is no warranty and bill of sale only Reserve is currently $3000 and are easy to deal with
