Body Modifications: one piece smooth stainless steel bumpers w/custom fit shortened bumper brackets, original chrome grill, Hood one pieced, nosed , led-work/ custom fitted with perfect gaps, aftermarket headlamps with integrated turn signals , Cab smoothed firewall , custom floorboards, new cab corners inside/outside, shaved cowl and side vents , removed drip rails , custom fitted gapped door shells to body, 1pc V-bent windshield, all new glass / felts / seals, Dash shaved/smoothed with hidden controls, Bed seams welded, stake pockets smoothed/capped, custom roll pan and one piece polished stainless rear bumper with custom filler panel, Hagen fuel filler door in rear fender, one peice smooth running boards and fitted tailgate. Refinished with all PPG products , 9700 Basecoat black & DCU2060 Flex/Flat Urethane Clearcoat. Interior: Over $10k invested Audio system , hidden underdash controls and fuse panel including bass knob and I-pod input, modified original seat frame lowered 4 inches with integrated electric window switches , overhead stereo control unit mounted in one peice headliner, dynamat through out interior and spray in bedliner underside and inside cab panels, custom made carpet kit with matching floor mats. New aftermarket specailty windshield wiper system. Chassis/Engine/Drivetrain: Original modified 1953 chevrolet pickup chassis, custom 4" dropped straight axle frontend with mono leaf springs, GM steering box, new 4" dropped rear leaf springs, GM 10-bolt rear axle, new 3:73 gears with Eaton posi unit, new bearings/seals, SBC 350 engine with ceramic coated headers/polished intake manifold/holley carb/MSD ingnition etc, rebuilt TH350 trans with shift kit, new drive shaft, 2 1/2" exhaust with flowmaster mufflers.
