For your consideration is a 1996 Cadillac DeVille in good condition with the Northstar engine. This has been my wife's daily driver for the past 3+ years, and we're only selling it because we have 3 vehicles and only need 2. The car is in good overall condition with normal wear and tear that you would expect on a 14 year old vehicle. As with all Cadillacs, it has some odd and mysterious glitches and sounds. The drivers seat has a tear that I have covered with blue duct tape (pictured). There are some other areas on the leather that have some wear, but no other tears. The paint is shiny. The blue rag top has spots that might be mildew, but I don't know and haven't tried to clean it other than normal car wash while in the driveway. The tires on the rear are new, and the front have about 75% tread life left. The air blows ice cold. Sometimes the fan shuts off when the car is first running, but it always comes back on and works fine. When the car has been sitting for a week or so, the starter turns slowly, but the car has never failed to start. I've always used Mobil 1 synthetic oil since we've had it, and the oil has been changed every 5k miles. The drivers door speaker is fuzzy when the radio is turned up. There is a small rust spot on the front of the hood by the chrome grill that has been there since we've owned the car and has never grown, and I've never touched it up. The car drives well, has a ton of pick up and gets good mileage. It's only driven around town, and is getting around 18.5 mpg. It does require premium gas. It is used and of course is as is. The car hasn't bee detailed or really even washed except for the rain, so it is as it looks in the pictures. My wife liked the car and kept it pretty clean. The reserve is somewhat lower than the buy it now price, but if it doesn't meet reserve we'll just keep it and drive it, this is the last time we'll list it..
