Firstly, our apologies to all bidders for Ebay's actions in pulling this listing. They pulled it because they insisted that the 2 disclaimers at the bottom be added to the listing. If they want more things added, I hope they just insert the disclaimers themselves instead of cancelling this auction again. We shall see.... This Smart car is the imported European version of the Passion for two that has the Mercedes-Benz power train. It was purchased new as part of our corporate fleet and has had all required service and regularly scheduled maintenance. This car was imported and converted to USDOT and California specifications by G&K auto resellers in California and purchased from the Green Car Company dealership here in Seattle, Wa. It runs and drives good and only has a few minor dings and paint scrapes (see pictures). Unfortunately the odometer stopped working a year ago so the 25,000 mileage is a safe over estimate based on our other fleet vehicles of the same year having 14,000 recorded miles and are used the same. The minor issues it does have are generously reflected in the low starting bid price. This vehicle really is being listed approximately $6,000 below blue book as a starting point as we need to purchase new fleet vehicles for 2011 before end of year.
