Then the mechanic replaced the second instrument cluster with a different odometer that read 131,000. The second instrument cluster solved all the problems and the odometer reading is at 131.000. The second instrument cluster that the mechanic installed which reads 131,000 miles has written documentation stating the lower mileage is the actual mileage.
