The car is white over turquoise. Not a trailer queen, but a driver, a very clean 58 Impala, 348 ci with the Rochester 4 barrel, 2 speed transmission with the "G" on the shift indicator. Aftermarket air conditioning adding to the comfort of the ride. The headliner has been replaced with original color and fabric. I have an aftermarket AM/FM cassett player I will install, taking out the original radio. The door panels have been replaced, as has the carpet. Coker radial tires have also been added which greatly improves the handling of the car. The rubber seals at the truck, door amd windows have been replaced. New cooling system installed eliminating any thought of overheating. The vehicle has been placed on a lift and inspected from any signs of rust, of which there was none. There are three small dents, one on the driver side fender and two small dents on the truck lid. The front bearing and seals have been replaced. The car came with rear air shocks and are still functional, as evidenced by the photo. The odometer works, but the speedometer just quit. The car was appraised by Classic Auto Appraisers, Huntington Beach, Ca., for $48,000.00, 5 years ago. I have the original sales receipt showing the first owner of the car.
