For sale is a 2001 chrysler sebring,the car is very nice looking,super clean,all factory original,it is all power,am/fm cd,factory alarm/keyless entry remote,factory tinted glass,factory aluminum rims. VERY LOW MILES,ONLY 93,217,needs engine work..........the body is very nice,no visable rust,no paint issues,finish is very shiny,has a couple issues on front bumper cover,nothing that takes away from the overall appearance of the car,but would need fixed if you wanted it to look pristine,i took pics,really nice looking car,OVERALL I WOULD RATE THE EXTERIOR 7 OUT OF 10. the interior is super clean,no real signs of wear,no smells,no stains,no tears,has a few burn spots from a careless smoker,nothing bad or really noticable,but there,OVERALL I WOULD RATE THE INTERIOR 8 OUT OF 10. look at the pics,it is super clean.it was fully detailed last month inside and out before it developed a noise in the engine,so it is pretty much clean as it can get,still has that new car look and feel. as far as mechanically THE CAR NEEDS ENGINE WORK,it will start up and run fine,but it has a lower end knock,at times it will go away completely at idle and the car sounds great,but if you put the car in gear the knock will appear,it has not been ran much since the knock,it is a rod knocking,THE ENGINE IS REPAIRABLE/REBUILDABLE,you can drive it to move arround,to pull on a trailer,pull in your garage,etc.asside from the engine knocking everything else works excellent,transmission is perfect,brakes are great,drives super smooth,every button,every switch,and every feature works as it should,ABSOLUTELY NO EXTRA SURPRISES,has newer brake pads,newer battery,tires have 70%+ tread,...great car for any handyman ,dealership or car lot to fix and re sell,THIS CAR STILL BOOKS FOR 5,000+ i have the clear original title in hand,notarized and ready to sign over/hand to the winning buyer,purchase price was 11,000 a little over 4 years ago with 30,000 miles on the car,...i did some research into rebuilding the lower end,i found the complete crankshaft kit,including main and connecting bearings for 239.00 at advance auto parts,you would need a new connecting rod on the knocking cylinder also,they can order them for 55.00.this is the cheapest place i found that included everything as a kit with a warranty,it is beyond my skills and i do not have the equipment to easily remove the engine,if i did,i would attempt it in my spare time.if you work on these cars and can replace the crankshaft,you would be well satisfied in every way,a fair deposit of 100.00 is required thru pay pal from the winning buyer,if this is a problem in any way,please do not bid.i posted many detailed photos and tried my best to describe in detail,if you have any questions,want to come by and see it in person,etc.please feel welcome to call or e mail, thank you for looking and have a nice day.no reserve auction,car goes to the winning bidder. 937-674-0231 THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL CAR BUT THIS CAR NEEDS ENGINE WORK.no 0 fdbk/new user bidders,sorry but i do not want to re-list items,welcome to call or come in person though,a fair paypal dep.of 100.00 is required from the winning bidder,if this is a problem in any way,please do not bid,as with anything used,as is and buyer is responsible for pick-up/shipping,i can deliver local or within reason free of charge,if you may need shipping i strongly suggest trying www.uship.com they are very reasonable,at least 50% cheaper than the usual,and operate like ebay on a feedback system,i think they may even be an ebay company or something,not sure,but i use them personally and have always been happy.call or email if you have any questions,special needs,etc.i am a helpful person and will be glad to assist any way i can within reason.
