This is a 1957 xk 150 coupe with it's original 3.4 motor , with a 4 speed transmission. The actual head on the motor is non matching but the original head comes with the car.This is a rust free california car , with it's original license plates , and it's original leather seats. Most of the interior was old and deteriorated du to long storage and a few mice invasions . The car has been put out of commission since 1972 but had some engine work done within the last 10 years so the engine is free and should run easily. This is the perfect car to do a first class restoration as it is still very original and undisturbed. The only rust on the car is located at the bottom of the battery pans. It was always stored inside in the central valley of california. The car is complete except for the bumper guards and the rear window chrome. Unfortunately no tool kit or jack were present with the car. I have purchased a work manual that will come with the car.This car should be restored on the chassis as it has not suffered from any metal rot, but it definitely needs a full inside out redo.The odometer shows 71904 miles which most likely must be the original miles on the car. The doors hinges are very tight this tells a lot about the mileage of the car. Other longtime projects force me to sell this perfect barn find… Please ask all your questions before bidding .
