When the bike was traded in the previous owner carried in a new battery. We charged it and put it in. We then rode the bike to our warehouse (where it sits to this day). As you can see from the pictures there is an oil spot under the bike. We have had the bike 3 weeks now. This is an AS IS auction for this price. The bike does start and run great - physically it is in great condition. The oil drip could be the drain plug O ring or it could be a gasket.
