1983 Honda CR

This motorcycle does run, has lots of power and has had some new mechanical work done :new wiseco piston, rings, timing chain & guides, exhaust valves, new tires, new tubes & all new engine gasket set. It was in storage for past 3 years and just recently up and running. With this all being said, it still needs a little TLC - mainly carburetor work. I believe the seals/o-rings/gaskets will need to be replaced; it drips a little gas and doesn't feed enough fuel to start the very first kick. I believe it from sitting so long and drying out. I have been on it and rode it many times since it has been put back together. With that, I also have the original mechanics manual AND title for it!! You could make it street legal by changing the tires and check the speedometer (it may be incorrectly connected). All in in all, this vintage '83 is in good shape; faded out paint, no tears on seat, old satchel/tool box on back fender has seen better days though, frame is straight, and any other questions you may have, please ask - I am not a mechanic but will be happy to get you some pictures, just tell me what you need & I'll try my best. It is a 4 -stroke, air cooled SOHC, 350 CC ORIGINAL engine casing. I will also throw in a BRAND new HJC helmet with protective bag and a brand new emgo spare air filter. Now shipping, YOU are responsible for it - I will crate for $100 bucks and get it to a truck place for shipment for you (heck, airport is close by here too!) but YOU pay the actual fee for delivery and the other charges. There will be a $250 non refundable deposit right after auction closes as I have this listed locally here in Florida; this will secure the sale for you with payment and due in 10 days and shipping will be worked out by you and I for convenience to you for a delivery time.
