Good luck to all.***** UP FOR AUCTION IS A GREAT LOOKING BLACK 1977 PORSCHE 911 "S" TARGA WITH 109K ORIGINAL AND DOCUMENTED MILES. A WELL SERVICED AUTOMOBILE WITH SERVICE HISTORY DATING BACK TO THE LATE 1970S!!!. VERY SHARP TURN-KEY CRUISER THAT WILL BE A LOT OF FUN FOR COLLECTOR OR ENTHUSIAST. Vehicle comes from a collector's garage in NY, where it has been meticulously maintained and enjoyed for the last few years. It is absolutely TURN-KEY and you can fly in and drive this car to California if you wanted to. I've been using it for the last couple of weeks as a weekend cruiser and have had a lot of fun with it. One of the nicer older ones I've driven, with everything working in the car! Motor is the stock 2.6 Liter unit with stock 5 speed manual transmission that has received a NEW CLUTCH within the last year or so. Absolutely ALL STOCK with NO MODIFICATIONS. Original FUCH wheels with good radial tires. Factory removable Targa roof in good shape. Interior is in VERY GOOD shape. Seats are very nice with minor wear by left back support on driver's side from getting in and out. Carpet is very presentable. Door panels look like new (one tiny crack on upper panel on driver's side). Dash nearly flawless. Good steering wheel. Targa roof has a good headliner and outer material is nice other than some minor wear by edges. Sunvisors are the only things needing replacement/redoing. Overall a beautifully presentable high-end driver quality interior! Mechanically, the car drives extremely well. I've mostly driven it around town and a few times on the highway and it performs very nicely. Always starts at the turn of the key, gets decent gas mileage if you drive it normally, and is pretty easy to drive. Brakes stop EXCELLENT and have been recenly serviced. Transmission shifts great with no issues and NO synchronizer noises like most of these older ones exhibit. NEW CLUTCH. Lights, signals, horn, radio all work great. Radio is top of the line NAKAMICHI CD stereo system that sounds great. Being an old car, it is NOT perfect my any means. Paint shines up WELL for a driver, with general small imperfections from driving as you would expect. Chips/small scratches/couple of touch-ups etc. from normal road use. I DID NOT FIND ANY SERIOUS RUST ON THIS CAR FROM INSPECTING IT (barely 3-4 tiny bubbles), barely any even on the underside, which is very clean as well. Rear passenger side bumper has a small chunk missing from one corner. Front inner hump on fender has small area where paint is a bit faded. Steering is nice and tight. Front wheels shake a bit over large bumps, which is about the only issue i've noticed while driving it. Small leaks as you would expect of a used car. That's about all I was able to find. IT'S A VERY NICE CAR with a TON of money spent on it throughout the years, with LOTS of documentation and service history since the late 1970s. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTELY GREAT CAR IN THIS 1977 PORSCHE 911 "S" TARGA WITH 109K ACTUAL AND DOCUMENTED MILES, EXCELLENT SERVICE HISTORY AND TONS OF RECEIPTS SINCE VEHICLE WAS NEARLY NEW!.
