By declaring a car "Total Loss”, Insurance Company is taking themselves out of any liability issues in the future. Does that means the car is totaled, not always. Sometimes the car has minor damage but the parts are very expensive. Sometimes the owner does not want to get the vehicle repaired and depending on the Insurance Company and the year of the car, Insurance will pay off the car. If the car gets stolen then Insurance has thirty days to recover the vehicle, if the car is not recovered in thirty days, Insurance pays off the owner and once the car is recovered, it is brought to the auction as a Total Loss vehicle even if it did not have a single scratch on it. We have bought 'Total Loss" cars from Insurance companies with door dings, extremely minor fender bender, theft recovered vehicles with absolutely no damage. In brief Total Loss does not always mean that the car was in a bad wreck or had extensive damage. We do not buy anything with major damage. WHAT DOES REBUILT OR SALVAGE TITLE MEANS
Many people are not familiar with the meaning of Salvage Title, below is a brief explanation of the "Salvage" terminology:
Salvage title basically means that the insurance company decided not to fix the car and paid off the owner. By declaring a car "Total Loss”, Insurance Company is taking themselves out of any liability issues in the future. Does that means the car is totaled, not always. Sometimes the car has minor damage but the parts are very expensive. Sometimes the owner does not want to get the vehicle repaired and depending on the Insurance Company and the year of the car, Insurance will pay off the car. If the car gets stolen then Insurance has thirty days to recover the vehicle, if the car is not recovered in thirty days, Insurance pays off the owner and once the car is recovered, it is brought to the auction as a Total Loss vehicle even if it did not have a single scratch on it. We have bought 'Total Loss" cars from Insurance companies with door dings, extremely minor fender bender, theft recovered vehicles with absolutely no damage. In brief Total Loss does not always mean that the car was in a bad wreck or had extensive damage. We do not buy anything with major damage.
Every state has a different process for registering a salvage vehicle, so please be sure to contact your local DMV for procedures to registering in your state. Most states have a pretty simple process, for example in the State of California, the only requirements are a Brake and Light Inspection, Smog, and a Vin Verification. The whole process takes about two hours, and you are ready to register the car. (We take car of that for California Buyers).

Vehicle Inspection
We welcome and encourage potential buyers to inspect the vehicle but such inspections MUST be conducted prior to completion of this auction. This vehicle is available for inspection at any reasonable time. If you choose to have the inspection done by a licensed professional, you must do so at your own expense. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value based solely upon that judgment. Furthermore, it will be assumed that you have inspected this vehicle fully if you have placed the bid.
Financing
If you are planning to finance this vehicle through a lending institution, you must secure the loan prior to bidding. Secure all finances and be able to follow through with the payment before you bid. Please call us if you require assistance in obtaining financing.
No Reserve Auctions
By bidding on this vehicle you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you bid on this vehicle, that means you agree to abide by all of our terms and conditions. If at the end of the auction you are the highest bidder, you have won this vehicle.
Warranty
Unless stated otherwise, this vehicle is being sold “as is” and where is with all faults and possible defects. No representations or warranties are made by seller, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. We are not the first owners of this vehicle and therefore cannot guarantee history, condition, reliability, mileage, title, salvage/history of salvage, function or performance of the vehicle. You are only buying what we have. Manufacturer’s warranties may still apply. An extended warranty can be purchased. Please contact us for details.
Vehicle Transportation
Buyer is responsible for shipping and/or pickup of the vehicle. We can and will also assist in arranging for transportation upon buyer’s request. We are able to get amazing quotes throughout the world, and can even guarantee your shipping to be less then $1000 to anywhere in the continental US. If you have a question about shipping please contact us. To approximately calculate shipping to your residence, it is about 30 cents per mile. All shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. Shipping companies have insurance policies that protect buyers against damage. If you choose to pickup the vehicle yourself, we can meet you at our local airport. This service is free of charge. However, we do require advance notice.
Payment Information
If you are the winning bidder, you must contact us within 24 hours of winning the auction by phone (619)392-0800 (Ramunas) or by email through ebay or sales@ltmotorsonline.com to set up payment arrangements. We require a $500 non-refundable deposit within twenty-four (24) hours of winning the auction. This deposit can be made through PayPal to ramunasulinskas@Yahoo.com. In the alternative, you can make your deposit via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or wire transfer. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements are not made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within seven (7) days from the end of auction. You must fax us your state issued driver’s license after you make the deposit. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check, wire transfer, pay-pal (+ 3% fee) or cash in person. We will not release the title until funds clear. If you pay cash, you can pick up the title and vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank check, you will have to wait until the next business days or until the funds clear (usually 1 business day). If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles until funds clear.
Bidder’s Age
You must be 18 years of age or older to bid.
Storage Terms
Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for a reasonable amount of time….10 days. After that, a storage charge of $20/day will start accruing.
Liquidated Damages
In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle, we shall be entitled to liquidate damages from that bidder in the amount allowed with small claims. Once again, if you are not serious about following through with a purchase, do NOT bid.
Sales Tax & Other Fees
All Buyers in the State of California will be required to pay all the Taxes and fees in order for vehicle to be titled and registered (inquire by email or phone for tax information). Registration and Transfer in State of California will be done by LT Motors.
We are able to provide you with new license plates and registration in your name either same day as the sale of next business day. For out of state buyers, we'll provide all the necessary paperwork in order to get the registration done such as work order, inspection or any affidavit.
There is no additional fees for us registering the car for you in California like most other dealers, or any other fees for documents we must provide in order for you to register the vehicle in your state. We want the process to be as fast and simple for you as possible, so we will strive before, during, and after the sale to make it simply the easier and best car buying experience you have ever had.
Miscellaneous
We reserve the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all users who bid on this auction. We reserve the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion and end the auction early in the event the vehicle is sold prior to the end of the auction, we shall not be held liable for such cancellations.

Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`. I can also help with getting you a quote from any of the many shippers/carriers I use. I can ship to anywhere in the world.
If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
