This action is for a 2003 Mini Cooper. The vehicle runs although the tcm (trans-control module) is bad. Which needs to be reprogrammed and if that does not work I was told the car then may need a new transmission. With this said the car is sold AS-IS/were is This vehicle has heated seats and visible scratches and a small dent on the right rear quarter panel, and the rear hatch also has a dent. The front bumper also has a plastic piece were u can hold the grille up, this plastic piece is missing. The radiator housing is cracked as well and the driver seat has a crack in the leather and the passenger seat has a small burn hole. There is also a small crack on the front windshield. This is everything that is wrong with the vehicle by the best of my knowledge. The vehicle does start and run. This vehicle is being offered for sale locally so that this auction may be ended without penalty at anytime.
