This vehicle is an originally equipped 1949 Chevrolet HD long box pickup previously owned by my grandfather. The drivetrain is original equipment and runs and drives well The brakes, exhaust and battery have been replaced. The paint scheme is a replica of a 1/24 scale model sold by the Iowa Hawkeyes a few years ago. It has only been used the past few years for car shows, parades, and tailgating at Iowa football games.
