This little car would be a great way to own a GTO. It's far from being a cream puff but someone could make a very nice car out of it. It comes with PHS documentation, they state it was a 389 3 x2's car with manual transmission and came in dark blue metallic paint they call Nocturne Blue. It has bucket seats but all interior will need new covers to make it nice. It has 3.55 posi rear and everything in the front of the chassis appears solid and tight. Car sat for years in a building. Floors are solid on top and from underneath with only a very small patch on the drivers side at the front of the brake pedal area. The trunk is solid I see no plastic in the truck area. Looks to have been replaced with sheet metal from another car, with some body work on the quarter panels could be ready for fresh paint. The chassis was pulled from the body it appears and looks to have been totally cleaned and sand blasted and has fairly fresh black paint. Doors and glass appear ok. The front fenders are bad at the bottom but another set of fenders will go with the car to take car of that problem. Has new panel at back glass and trunk area. Also new panel in place at lower windshield area. A lot of the work is done. Car does not have the GTO hood with it, but will be for sale to winning bidder at a fair price. Also the factory tach dash is not included in this sale but winning bidder has chance at it for a fair price. We do not have the factory engine for this car, but we do have a few engines that will be sold. There is some chrome and parts for the car, but no bumpers. If someone it looking to get a 64 this may be a very reasonable way of putting one in your garage. Title is good and all paperwork and Pontiac Historical paperwork comes with car.
