For Sale, 1965 Triumph TR4. Good restoration project. Vehicle was driven into dry storage in 1994, with the intent to fully restore the car. Reason for sale now is my age and health issues prevent me from continuing the dream. As you can see in the photos, there are some rust issues, rockers are shot, the pan has been patched by other owners and should be replaced. There is an OEM bonnet (hood) that will go with car, an OEM banjo spoke stearing wheel, 2 OEM grills (one in great shape the other reparable). I purchased from the Roadster Factory a new transmission tunnel (fiberglass), the duct that goes from grill to radiator and six (6) piece chrome finder beading. There is a box of some other parts I am not sure of, but they go with the car as well. When the car was last driven the engine ran smooth, no smoke or strange noises and the 4 speed transmission shifted smooth and quiet. The engine turns over by hand so it is not frozen. I think the under carrage is good, but have not been able to get under it to be sure. As you can see from the photos this car will need a total restoration. The wire wheels are in good condition and tires do hold good air pressure after all these years. The top bows are in place and good shape, there is an old top and tounnau cover but they are not usable. The only thing missing is front bumper bar and over-ridders, they were messed up in a minor incident. Please email me with any questions or if you need other information.
