The guy that purchased the car originally is from Canada...so he could not get the right permit to drive it back...and cannot afford shipping which is why I rellisted...The second bidder one the car for a very low price which I was unhappy about...neither came to look/drive the car if they did they would have realized thah the car is mechanically FLAWLESS!! Car is in awesome condition....it has M3 wheels with a regular 330 spare...all clear lights...HID/Projection Headlights.....just had full service 1500 miles ago....everything done!!....radiator flushed....synthetic oil change fuel filter...fuel pump....spark plugs....distributor cap interior....ect...EVERYTHING!! The car only has 113,000 miles which is roughly only 13k a year. "Rough" not excellent, not good Kelly Blue Book private party value is $8100. Good private party is $8800 and retail is $12,100. Great interior. It would be flawless except slight wear on driver seat....new tires....car fax shows that there was a millage turn back. It wet in for service at 11,600 miles but when it was returned they entered 1600 miles I guess by mistake....you could probably go after car fax because I have documentation showing that the miles are correct from Florida(where I purchased the car) and Maryland considering the car is registered with a clean title now....It there was a millage turn back them...but the warraty and Go after CARFAX. Buy the 110% buyback warranty. I think it is only $70.00 if I would have known I would have def bought it.I paid $9500 for the car last August because I needed an automatic. Now I wan't another stick. It stinks because I can't go after car fax now because I already bought car.....or I would because the miles are digital and there is no way to turn them back!! I used to wholesale cars about 5 years ago so I know what to look/listen for. Why should I believe someone who doesn't give a care about me or my car?? He can put whatever he wants and most times they make it sound worse to cover their behinds. My best friend from high school owns a body shop and he confirmed they do that but he tries to stay away from carfax tottaly. Then you have the guys who know the body shop and pay them off....ect...yyou get my dri The car has about a 10 inch by less 1/4 inch spot on hood.
