Car has a clean title , the insurance company did not send an adjuster because my sister was at fault. Therefore the car still has a clean title. Vehicle has over 100K miles , it should be around 115K. I can not get the hood open to boost the battery to get the cluster on. Other than the collision damage the car is in pretty good shape.
