The information provided regarding this vehicle is to the best of my knowledge. I am the third owner of this wonderful automobile. It’s a 6 year old car and the high mileage is due to highway driving. This is an amazing car that is meant to be driven. I live near public transportation and only drive this car on the weekends and some evenings. There was no engine cover(s) and I do not know if the engine was ever replaced (regarding Mazda’s 100,000 mile extended engine warranty) before it came into my possession. The car has never been in an accident, raced, or modified and all components are in excellent working condition. There is some normal wear and tear which I have shown in the photos. Please note the tiny paint rock chips on the car’s hood, the 5 small cracks in the driver’s seat leather upholstery (see photo#4), as well as the crack in the rear window defroster button (see photo#5). There is a minor scrape on the front left bumper (see photo#6) and a nick on the rear left bumper (see photo#7) that you wouldn’t notice unless pointed out. The 2004 RX8 has an ingenious design. Its small, powerful rotary engine allows the unique configuration of four doors (the two in back are rearward-opening with no outer handle….which is what appealed to me when I first decided to buy this car) and four seats. This gives you the insurance rate for a sedan with the look and feel of a sports coupe. I recently got new front and rear brakes, PCM programming, oil and filter change and decarbonization of the engine (something few owners have done which can lead to major engine problems/malfunctions). I also bought 4 brand new KUMHO tires (with alignment), a brand new battery, wiper blades and RX8 wheel security locks. I have all the maintenance documents and purchase receipts, as well as the original owners manual. There is NOTHING WRONG with this car. I’m selling it because I landed my dream job and don’t need a car (or the car loan anymore) in my new location. Please ask any questions BEFORE you bid.
