The final sale price will likely be less depending on the unit's actual condition, popularity, type of warranty offered and local market conditions.***Restored salvage title- This means that the original owner laid the bike down on its right side with 12 miles on the odometer (its on the title) the bike was at that time, covered by full coverage insurance, which means that the insurance company's best interest is to replace the bike rather than repair it. there was a cosmetic scratch on the engine cover and i believe this is why the bike was a salvage. that is what I knwo from the 2nd owner who is a close friend and an excellent mechanic and all around motorcycle geek. I know that he replaced all the parts that were damaged, right footpegs, tail plastic. i still have the engine cover that was scratched, its still on the bike and all the miles since 12 were put on the bike without incident.With that said... This bike is a solid performing, fun to ride, very reliable, gas saving, mean looking, hooligan bike. Mechanically perfect/ Will need tires has had oil change and tune up, chain, sprockets all replaced within last 900 miles.Bike is EXTREMELY RELIABLE! used as commuter/ mileage is appx 5k per year.
