You are bidding on a 1987 Mercedes 300SDL Turbo Diesel.. The body is perfect. The drivers tail light lenses is busted out and there is a small crease above the light on the body. I am the fourth owner of this car. I drove it for a year or so. I am now disabled and can not keep up the repairs on it. The car's motor is fantastic, I got 30 ish in mileage on the road. The transmission needs a torque converter. It was running fine until my mechanic let it run with no transmission fluid in it after I brought it out of storage. The car had a new ignition put in last year, but the shop did not have the machine to set the key with the computer, so you can start it with the key but you have to hit the kill switch to shut it down. The transmission and oil has been replaced as specified. The car has a new radiator. The interior is perfect except the drivers seat does have a large worn spot. The dash has a small crack. I have explained everything I know about this car. This car is a beauty. She NEEDS A MECHANIC or SOMEONE to LOVE HER. I really hate giving the car up, but I just can not afford it anymore.
