1979 Honda CBX

Up for bid is a 1979 Honda 6 cylinder CBX . This low kilometer bike is in excellent shape and is all original except for exhaust. I found it in the 2nd owners garage where it had been in storage for the past 7 years.The bike has been completely gone over and the following has been carried out. Carbs ultrasonic cleaned, rebuilt with new seals and synchronized. Front forks rebuilt with new seals and fluid. Braking system completely rebuilt with new seals and fluid.New AGM battery. New rear tire. Fresh oil and filter. Valves and cam chain shimmed and adjusted. Charging and starting system throughly checked and adjusted. The paint is original and in great shape with only some minor stone chips, a VERY small dent at the tank junction and a 1" scrape on the lower side of the tail section and left side cover and some front wheel rub on the front fender.
