Im selling this very nice 2008 Honda Rebel with only 1268 original pampered miles for my future son-in-law. This bike was bought new from the showroom in 2009, ridden for just a few easy miles and then put in storage for the last year. Ive installed a brand new battery and new gas and it fired right up and idled smooth and nice. It goes down the road with ease in all 5 gears and shifts without effort. The electric starter makes things even easier and makes this little motorcycle ideal for the beginner or novice rider. Its also a joy to ride for experienced riders and by no means is it underpowered for a 200 lb man. 250cc twin cylinder, 4 stroke motor. 25 horse power, twin carburators, electric start. Weighs a mere 375 lbs, top speed 80 mph and 50 mpg! 26.5 inch seat height which is nice for vertically challenged riders. 5 speed transmission. This bike is next to new. Everything works as designed. Its never been laid down, its never fallen over, no damage whatsoever. No corrosion, no scratches and no dents. There are a couple boot marks on one of the exhaust pipes but I believe it will come off. The chrome and paint are all flawless. The only reason for selling is his job transferred him and he has no room for it now. His loss is your gain. This is the perfect little machine for campers, pit bike riders, learning riders or just going to get a few groceries.
