I am selling my 1970 Cutlass S W-31 Holiday Coupe which I have owned since March 2000. This car is documented Canadian W-31 which sold in January 1970 from Park Lane motors in Sarnia Ontario. This is Oldsmobile's little brother to the W-30 442 with a 350 engine with factory 325 horsepower. The car has all of it's original W-31 components including engine block, heads, W-350 aluminum intake, balancer, JO transmission with dual gate his/hers transmission, manual brakes and 3.91 Posi Type O rearend with a W-27 Aluminim cover. Does not have the Aluminum rear end carrier. Car was repainted in 2000 by the previous owner in it's original color of Code 28 Twilight blue with code 25 Astro blue stripes. Engine Original block and W-31 specific heads. Rebuilt in 2006 by Active Engine in Mississauga, Ontario. Active engines is the builder for telivision' "Dream Car Garage". Her are the specifics of the engine build; - 10.5 compression - runs on 91 gas - magnafluxed all critical components - .40 over Diamond Forged pistons - Original Nodular Crank - great shape just polished - Original rods - W-31 Balancer -Rebuilt - Comp Cams heritage cam - original W-31 grind 308/308 113 degrees cam separation - Cloyes tru roller timing chain - rebuilt original W-31 # 6 heads, bronze guides, hardened seats - 3 angle valve job, street port - balanced rotating assembly - blueprinted assembly - Original W-350 Aluminum Intake - rebuilt original carburetor 20407255 - New HEI distributor and wires - original core comes with car - New Rob Mac mini starter - original core comes with car - New Optima 800CCA battery Transmission - Original numbers matching transmission - JO stamped from factory - new BM torque convertor and flywheel during rebuild. Replaced all seals during rebuild. - Hurst Dual Gate shifter from factory - His/Hers Rearend - Original 3.91 Type O Posi Rearend with Aluminim W-27 cover - New fluid recently Interior - Mostly original with the exception of Tach in position of clock and under dash Water Temp, Oil Pressure and Volt gauges - New carpeting and headliner - New door panels - New package Tray - Seats in great shape - no cuts - Sport Steering Wheel - T44 Underhood lock Body - Painted the factory colors in 2000 ( prior to my purchase) - Some bubbling in the passenger fendor Chrome - Both bumpers are driver quality Tires /Wheels / Exhaust - Five BF Goodrich Radial TA's purchased in 2006. Now less than 300 miles on them. - Factory Super Stock II wheels with new centers - Flow master mufflers and pipes - 2004 Documentation - Have the GM of Canada Documentation - see picture Known Issues - Some bubbling in the usual places - Tranny has developed a leak in the tail housing - most likely due to dry seals - Car has been driven about 200 miles since the engine rebuild and about 1000 miles since I have owned it The car is stored in a dry garage under cover since I have had it. Need to sell as my family priorities have changed. I have some spare parts that may be included with the car. Car is sold As Is and Where Is.
