*****PLEASE NOTE: I am listing this car with NO RESERVE. If you would like to make an offer please leave a phone number or call me at (917) 749-4302 cell. Lets make these bids legit please. These auctions cost money and I don't have time to start chasing you. Thank you and good luck. ***** UP FOR AUCTION IS A GREAT LOOKING 1969 CHEVY CAMARO CONVERTIBLE SS 350 TRIBUTE CAR, THAT RUNS/DRIVES BEAUTIFULLY AND YOU CAN HOP IN AN DRIVE ANYWHERE. THIS IS A MOSTLY ORIGINAL "SURVIVOR" THAT OTHER THAN ONE OLDER REPAINT AND NEW TOP IS MOSTLY UNTOUCHED. VERY SHARP CRUISER THAT WILL BE A LOT OF FUN FOR COLLECTOR OR ENTHUSIAST. FACTORY OPTIONS: Power steering Manual brakes Power convertible top Standard black bucket seat interior UPGRADED 17" TORQUE THRUST STYLE WHEELS with radial tires (these do NOT come with the car, but can be purchased separately. Comes with nice driver quality 15" wheels with good radials) Single exhaust UPGRADED SS package (stripes, rear spoiler, emblems, appearance trim including rocker moldings, wheel well moldings) 10 bolt rear end Automatic 2 speed Powerglide transmission Vehicle is basically all original except for an older repaint, a newer convertible top and some general maintenance and service items replaced. 100% stock with no modifications other than the emblems and spoilers that were added by previous owner. Runs/drives like a champ. Not much more I can say about it. I have done close to nothing to this car since I got it, except for minor carburetor adjustment and a good clean up. That's it. This is a very original car that comes with factory PROTECT-O-PLATE, owner's manual, original keys, and even the original dealer invoice when it was purchased brand new from East Syracuse Sales Co. in NY. Interior is in VERY GOOD/EXCELLENT condition with only very minor general wear here and there. Seats very nice with general minor wear. Door panels presentable with some wear and small rips at the bottom of the front driver's side. Presentable carpet, console and dash pad (a little warped as it's most likely original). Convertible top also is very clean and has been replaced in the last 3 years. Overall a beautifully presentable driver quality interior! Under the hood lies the factory small block 2v motor with automatic transmission. Motor is MATCHING NUMBERS and even has the original factory tie-downs still present, which you don't see very often. Starts easily and sounds great. Good stock power overall and brakes stop VERY WELL. Nice and solid throughout. Steering is nice and nimble. Very fun to drive and you can hop in and drive it right now without worries. I've driven it mostly around town here and there and every once in a while on the highway on the way to a cruise night or local show, never on any long trips. Underneath the car has a nice and solid frame throughout. Trunk pan is pretty solid as well with NICE rear shock towers. Underside is original and has never been undercoated so there is some scaly surface rust here and there as you would expect of a car this age. Floorboards do have some small issues and may need a small patch or two on the front, but overall look to still be in one piece and it wouldn't take much to take care of it. Being an old car, it is NOT perfect by any means. Paint shines up FAIRLY with good luster for a presentable driver (NOT a showcar of course, and it appears a little nicer in the pictures so please keep that in mind). Some general smll scratches/chips etc. as you would expect from driving. Front bumper has a small dent by the middle tip. Couple of small leaks underneath as you would expect with any 40+ year old car. Lower door corners have a handful of bubbles coming up. May have some small traces of filler here and there, but looks very straight actually. That's about all I was able to notice from my inspection. I am sure there are other tiny details i've forgotten so please keep that in mind, this is NOT a brand new car obviously. OVERALL IT'S A VERY COOL CRUISER THAT COULD EASILY BE A DAILY DRIVER RIGHT NOW OR CRUISE NIGHT CAR. HOP IN AND DRIVE IT WITH THE TOP DOWN AND ENJOY THE WEATHER. THIS IS A GOOD OPTIONED, NUMBERS MATCHING, VERY STRAIGHT AND NICELY DOCUMENTED EXAMPLE OF A 1969 CAMARO SS 350 CONVERTIBLE TRIBUTE WITH 45K MILES (BELIEVED TO BE ACTUAL) THAT YOU CAN ENJOY WITH THE TOP DOWN OR KEEP AS PART OF YOUR CLASSIC CRUISER COLLECTION!.
