Our vehicles are usually off lease or corporate company vehicles or local trades. If I don't live in Tennessee do I pay taxes there? If you are an out of state buyer we will not collect taxes on your purchase, although the doc. fee is still applied to the final price. This means there will be normal wear and tear associated with the vehicle's age including (but not limited to) scratches, rock chips, wheel scuffs, painted bumpers, previous paintwork, dings, required maintenance, normal wear of leather seats, steering wheel leather, carpet (within reason), wear and tear on door handle color, etc....
