Up for sale is this 1957 Chevy Bel Air 2 door hardtop,with skirts,and continental kit,the car belongs to my father,and I am listing it for him,The car was already restored when he bought it several years ago,and has been restored to original,with the exception of a 350 V-8 (looks like the original 283 has the valve covers,intake,generator etc.) and the shifter for the 2 speed powerglide is on the floor,(the only thing that doesn't look like original) It is not a "frame off" restoration,But a very good restoration still!,the car runs and drives excellent,and the 350 motor will sit you back in your seat ! the only thing my father has added was new dual exhaust and flowmaster mufflers,that sound great! Also, New Wheel Bearings and New Rear- End Overhaul. the car is straight and solid as you can see from the pix,and has a crowd gathered around it everywhere she goes!,..she has always been in a climate controlled garage since he bought her,and he pampers and polishes this car constantly!
