Vehicle Detail

Up for auction is a "NO RESERVE" 1966 Ford Mustang Convertible "Running Project". I had to relist it due to the fact that I didn't get a chance to get the vin number before my last auction ended. I'm sure it left many people in the dark, and I do apologize. I have listed the vin this time so it should not be no mis-understanding. I aquired this car in a trade awhile back and it has sat at a storage yard with nothing done do it since I recieved it. I don't know too much about this car, let alone any Mustang for that fact. I'm an Oldsmobile man, and I know about GM's, but this Ford stuff is all new to me. I'll list everything I know about this car, and if it's not listed, then it's good chances I don't know the answer. Below will be a list of the things I do know about the car. * motor is a 289 or 302 v8/ 2 barrel carb (don't know how you can tell the difference) * electronic ignition * 4 way drum brakes (no power booster) * flowmaster dual exhaust * new rocker panel trim both passenger/ driver * bucket seats * factory center console * automatic transmission * power top * rust free car (frame, frame rails, quarters, fenders, floors, trunk pan) very solid conditon!! * paint good 5-10 footer (looks like it needs a good wet sand & buff to make it look decent, has orange peel) * interior looks to be original (needs some freshening up and is not perfect but looks to be all there) * top (needs to be replaced period) * motor starts, runs, stops, and drives * door alignment looks really straight, with no sag on either side This car is nothing more then a "running project" that will need some attention, time, and money. In the right persons hand this car might have some real nice potential to become a real nice quality driver. For the most part, most of everything looks to be original, or close to it. I can only speak of what I see, just for the simple fact it's not much that I know about this vehicle. Like stated in my last auction, all I have on this vehicle is a "BILL OF SALE". I have no other paperwork to go with this car at all, and "NO" this car is not stolen. My feedback is 100% and this should be enough assurance to bid freely on this vehicle. This is very important so please read. This car is being sold "AS-IS" and is being sold as a "RUNNING PROJECT" and not stated anything other then what I have said. You are not getting a driver ready conditioned vehicle, as with any project you buy, you will need to go through the car completely. This auction is a bid to win with "NO RESERVE". The winning bidder must submit an immediate non-refundable deposit of $500 after the end of the auction, "NO EXCEPTIONS". "NO EXCEPTIONS" "NO EXCEPTIONS" The remaining balance must be paid in full no later then 7 days after the end of the auction before the car is released. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and arrangments on this item Please ask everything you need to know during the auction and not after the fact when the auction has ended, as there will absolutely be no after auction questions or negotiations about the vehicle. The only thing we should be discussing at this point after the auction is when transport will arrive for pick-up. You bid, You win, You pay, Period!!
