I am Listing a friends 62 Buick Le Sabre... it is a pretty sweet car... but he needs money more than the car. The car in not running now (hence the No reserve Auction) but was driven daily a little over two years ago. Call him for Questions: Louis 1-502-554-4131 1962 Buick Le Sabre 2 Door Chop Top Has a 350 rocket in the engine bay (not hooked up) Transmission is a 2 speed Dyna Glide Has the rare 13" aluminum drums (used for hot rod brakes) Brake master Cyl has been converted to s10 Also has been changed to one wire alt. The entire car was rewired in 1998 by a professional with modern wire. Here are a list of things the car needs... Small rust spots were cut out of the lower rear quarter and never patched back in.. Engine will need hooked up.. the old engine blew a piston rod (was 401 nailhead)...it will need a correct flywheel plate to mate the dynaglide to the 350 olds...custom motor mounts made or purchased... and an exhaust ran...after that this will run again. Floors will need some patching. the wing and quarter glass still needs cut... and the front is lexan... but comes with the original that will need to be professionally cut.... but has been driven for 12 years with a lexan windshield. This is a great rat rod project... and a rare car. It is a real eye-catcher when driven.
