We have here a very nice 1970 Buick Skylark Custom 2dr hardtop. This car is all numbers matching with the optional GS 350 motor. The engine is an SP code High Compression 350 (315 horepower/410 ft. lbs torque). It is trimmed out with chrome valve covers and air cleaner (not sure if they came on motor from factory or not). The transmission is also a 350 automatic that shifts smooth and solid when it should. The rear end is a 10 bolt which is "open". Gear ratio is unknown. The car also is a factory air car and it works. It also has a factory buick am/fm radio that also works well. Other options include power steering, power drum brakes, and Buick rally rims with raised white letter tires (90% tread). Newer dual exhaust (welded front to back with unknown brand mufflers with nice sound not too loud). This car is a bench seat with fold down center armrest. (recently reupholstered) Exterior paint is presentable would say it is a 5 to 10 footer.(I will let you decide) I would consider this car a very respectable driver. No visible rust on car. I believe there was some repair to rear quarters behind tires in the past. All glass is good and functioning. No leaks when I wash it. This is a great running car also. I have tuned the engine (rebuilt original rochester carb, new vaccuum advance, plugs, wires, set timing) Starts and drives everytime. I drive the car weekly and it is a blast to drive. You won't be disappointed with it. It is great looking and running car that you could restore or drive to your local cruise-in right now and feel great about it. Southern car most of it's life, still has Kentucky inspection sticker in window. If you have questions let me know and if I don't know I will try to find out for you.
